If you have a question, it is most likely here. If your question has still not been answered after reading the FAQ you can contact us directly through our Help Center and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

HOW DO I FIND THE COMPETITIONS?

Either click or hover the Competitions tab and click on a competition you like and follow the instructions from there! Alternatively, you can view all ongoing competitions at the bottom of the page!

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN A COMPETITION?

Firstly, follow the steps in Question 1, after that scroll down and click on the black Buy Now! button.


Once you have done that, all that is left is to answer the qualifying question, select the number of tickets you want and either choose your tickets manually or have the website pick for you and proceed to the checkout!

WHERE CAN I SEE PAST WINNERS?

Hover over the Past Competitions tab and from there you can either view the previous Live Draws or see the winners by clicking on the Winners tab in the menu and you will see every single competition, its winner, the prizes value, the winning number and the date the prize was won.

WHEN DOES THE COMPETITION CLOSE?

Each competition runs on a set ‘draw’ date, this will be displayed on the competition page. If the competition sells out early the draw will happen on a date determined by us and will be posted on our Facebook. We will also send an email to each participant with the date.

HOW IS THE WINNER CHOSEN?

Once the draw is closed or all the tickets sell out, we will post all entries on our Facebook page and website within 24 hours along with the names of the contestants and their number/s. We will then use Google's Random Number Generator to find a winner guaranteeing fairness!

WHERE DO I COLLECT MY PRIZE FROM?

We will handle the transportation to you! If you win, we will get in contact with you and arrange the delivery to your home address.

GETTING AN ERROR WHEN TRYING TO BUY TICKETS?

If you are receiving errors when trying to purchase tickets or add tickets to the cart then you can try emptying the cart and trying again or clearing your cache. If the error persists, contact us and we will gladly fix your problem!

WHAT IF ALL ENTRIES ARE NOT SOLD IN TIME?

If all the tickets are not sold out in time we will extend the deadline by a maximum of 6 weeks after which if there are enough participants, the draw will take place, otherwise a cash prize will replace the original item.

HOW DO I WATCH THE LIVE DRAW?

Our live draw will take place and be announced on our Facebook page and each participant will also receive an email with the date and time of the draw.

WHY ARE MY TICKETS DIFFERENT FROM THOSE THAT I ORDERED?

If 2 customers choose the same tickets but one fills out their credit card details faster, only 1 can have that ticket, but since both payed, the other customer who did not get the number they wanted will be given another random number.

This is done to ensure fairness and that everyone who pays gets their chance at the draw.

WHY ARE THERE MORE TICKETS IN THE DRAW THEN WHEN I CHECKED LAST TIME?

This is a fairness measure implemented by us to guarantee that everyone who pays gets a chance at the draw.

If the same situation as detailed in question 11 happens but there are no more tickets to give, then the system will create a new ticket/s for the customer whose number (the last remaining number) was bought out by somebody else.
